Went for lunch on Monday. Place was pretty dead maybe 1/3 full. Everyone at my table enjoyed the food and the service was ok until it wasn’t. I ordered the 1/4 grilled chicken when I was almost done I notice the chicken was sitting on 2 strands of human hair. I was about 3/4s done with the chicken and thoroughly grossed out. The polla Inka on Artesia ambiance was great but thier AC was not working making the experience not so great. Their Pollo a la brasa was good but their ceviche was not so great I would give that a 1. Not all El Pollo Inka a created equal. 2 weeks ago I went to the El Pollo Inka in Hermosa and the customer service and food was excellent and the AC was working never had to ask for refills or napkins. The Artesia location needs to work on customer service and getting their AC to work.
