The cashiers lack basic customer service, I was paying with Apple Pay, followed the prompts and kept getting a card chip error on the card reader and the cashiers way of handling it was to tell me I kept answering incorrectly and that’s why the payment wasn’t going through. I asked for a different cashier and I asked to speak to the manager, I show the manger (maybe owner who knows) how I was answering the prompt and point out how the cashier was extremely rude about the whole situation his response was that she was not rude... read more
