History Established in 1983. In 1983, Manuel Ortiz, the eldest brother of our family, fulfilled his dream of owning a restaurant. El Pescador restaurant opened its doors in Bell Gardens, California. This location is clean, bright and airy with lots of balloons tied to the ends of the booths, lending a festive vibe.
