We went here this evening around 8 PM and unfortunately had a very upsetting experience. We found a dead fly fried into our chips, which is extremely concerning from a food safety and cleanliness standpoint. We asked to speak with the manager, Carla, and explained what had happened. Her response was, “It’s just a fly.” We were offered a replacement order of chips, but given the circumstances, we did not feel that was an acceptable resolution.
