They do not ask for a deposit, but beware, at move out they send me a bill for over \$300. For things like a missing light bulb, damages \$80, carpet cleaning when I personally cleaned the carpet at move out. They refused to work with me or justify their claims. My account was sent to a collection agency after the first attempt from El Pavon to collect. My letter to them was never answered. This is the first time I move out from an apartment and inquire charges.

I had a bad experienceas well. My apartment was infested with roaches and the apartment manager advised me that i could move out and that corporate office would send me paperwork so that i would not have any reports of breaking my lease. I never recieved this paperwork and when i call no one returns my calls. now my credit is showing that i moved out without 30 day notice and i owe over 6000\$!
