Update: only after posting my reviews and Sergio was sent a copy by someone did he change his tune. My experience is truthful and honest. The issue was NOT addressed when brought to his attention when it occurred as he stated because I never spoke with him until yesterday when he was rude! nasty and dismissive and hung up on me. It took me posting about my experience for him to actually pull up the receipt and speak to me when I called today- basically damage control because his response to the reviews is not factual.
