This is my go-to mexican place! I pass 3 other places on the way because I know that the food will always be good, the service will always be stellar, and the experience will always be the same. For years I've had friends tell me that they know the best mexican place around- until I brought them here. Everyone changed their tune and agreed- El Patron or bust! Pollo Loco is the BOMB! Feel free to tell the staff if you want it a little mild- It can get spicy! They'll help accommodate so that you can still enjoy your food.
Food is excellent. My wife really enjoys their blended strawberry margarita.
Lights are way too bright at 8:30 PM for a Mexican restaurant on a Friday. I only had a basic dish, but it lacked flavor/salt. No real bar seating either sadly.
Fantastic APC. Large portions.
