Love the food
One of our clients was raving about their carne guisada taco so I went with him to get some. The carne guisada is nice and tender and no hard fat pieces. I love comino (cumin) and they do add that. Not many places in RGV do from my personal experience. I had the cheese enchilada plate. It was good, the gravy was on the sweet side, the beans were ok—not enough salt and the rice was decent.
