Not only will they mess up on your order (3rd time within a 2 week span) management will say it was your fault for not listening when order has been repeated (defended employee) also say company policy to only allow you go go back within 3 days to have your order remade. Zero empathy from management and very poor service. Last time I ever eat here.

food was excellent and great service
I ordered potato egg cheese and bacon. This is what I get. Two tiny pieces of bacon and the cheese clumped on one edge of the taco... this masterpiece bought and paid for at the Pato on s. 23rd
Since the manager didn’t care to address the hair I found in my beef taco when I called. You will get my complaint on social media. I will NOT return. Not only did we find a hair but there was a big black crunchy piece of who knows what in my friends taco. I don’t even want to know what that was. Absolutely disgusting especially during these times where sanitation and proper hygiene is crucial!

The ladies took 20 minutes for a drive thru order and let there whole family in back of the counter not to mention a lady brought her own can corn to a taco place
Hire people who know how to work efficiently. I am the Son of a former employee under Mrs G and even during busy times a 10 minute ticket was extremely slow, nowadays a 15 minute ticket is the norm.
Good food at a good price.
