I've been here about 9 months. Sometimes there is a very strong smell of cigarette smoke in my bathroom, which gives me a headache. One of the reasons I rented here was that it was supposed to be a no smoking facility. It's not! I've mentioned this to the management several times. I should amend this review since it's been over 4 years now (today's date is June 17,2025) and I left this location years ago. Things might be very different now.
I typically give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt, everyone makes mistakes, and some things are beyond anyone’s control. But I wish I took the negative reviews more seriously. I’ve dealt with more problems here in 7 months than the rest of my 10 years of apartment living combined. Every place will have problems, but things can be handled with care and professionalism. Lived here for 2 years and I really enjoyed my time. Modern big Appartment’s, nice neighborhood to walk around, four minute walk to Trader Joe’s, work orders are quick, friendly staff, parking w/ storage. It was a pleasure living here
