being ready on time, not being over priced, getting the color correct, and not misplacing the receipt that say i already paid.
Thank you El Paso Bakery(Fort Blvd location) for going way beyond what I asked for!!!! I called Saturday morning to see if a next day cake was available to order, and they said yes! We picked up the cake at 9:30am this morning and so very happy with it! We ordered a vanilla half sheet, strawberries and cream filling with a an edible image. both cakes are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy off. my purple cake is blue and my pink to brown cake is pink to purple. 300 dollars for 2 tiny cakes to look nothing like the pictures. the butterflies are brown instead of gold.. its just a mess. please don't order important cakes here unless you want them ruined.
The cake tasted AMAZING. I would have added frosting all over the cake not just the top but it still tasted good. It wasn’t too sweet so my diabetic family got to enjoy it. I personally couldn’t get enough. This is the first cake I order outside of my home state Colorado so it was a little pricey compared to where I live BUT it was delicious. I ordered a mil hoja cake with fruit filling. The fruit had an extra cost. I definitely recommend this bakery. The cake was phenomenal and the customer service was on point. Thank you. ... read more
This is by far the worst place . The owner doesn’t respect his employees and just cares about himself . This is a bad place
El pan sabe a plástico y el servicio al cliente es PÉSIMO ! No se como este lugar sigue abierto !!!
Tried to order a cake today but nobody will pick up the phone. Moving on to a different business
Thank You Ray Olivas, The cake was beautiful and everything we expected from you and your company. Had many people at the quince asking me who made the cake, it was delicious, big and perfect. My hat goes off to you, Great Job Ray!! — at Crystal Palace Ballroom.
I highly recommend this bakery! They donated a cake to the St. Vincent De Paul golf tournament fund raiser and it was a huge hit! Whether you need cakes or pastries, you can’t go wrong with this family owned bakery.
