If you have a problem where you need to see a doctor, go to urgent care. The only thing this VA is good for is labs and outsourcing.
Clean, friendly, and very easy for one-on-one appointments like a blood sample or referral for a specialist. Way better than going all the way out to the downtown VA.
Honestly, I’ve been out of the military for almost a year now - I have received care from this facility as my main provider. My care has been nothing short of exceptional. PCM and nurses listen to me and address the issues I bring up, friendly front desk staff, and a clean facility.
This is what the U.S. government’s employees did to me. Instead of fixing and stabilizing my service connected disability, this clinic would rather want to me to be in a wheelchair. I’ll cut off half of my leg and continue with my life with a prosthetic as I’m not going to let that happen, cause these people will no longer be a part of my care including the Chinese National who thinks he’s above the law.
