That happened to me, too. I have called them hundreds of times with no answer from neither the business and the sales person. Who do we contact now for our water softener equipment for filters, parts, and/or service? I have filled a complaint against El Paso Water Solutions to the Better Businnes Bureau. I centainly encourage all customers to do the same so we can have more impact.

I purchased a water cleaning system from el paso water solutions in 2006, the year that they started. The system works well, but I echo the review I have just read; There is no response after calling, no mail contact , nothing! If they are out of business it would be nice if their customers knew about it. As it stands, I have no knowledge of who is capable of providing service to my water system, how to get replacement parts if necessary, or who to contact for any type of assistance. Horrible Customer Service – The product that they offer is overall great but you have to change your filters every 3-6 months depending on usage. It was time for us to change filters about 3 months ago and we have been calling and calling and leaving message after message for them to come out and service our water system and there has been no response.
