Hard pass on going back to this office. I gave the lady at the desk my daughters insurance card and she insisted that they didn't take the insurance and then changed to "that insurance doesn't cover dental". I contacted the insurance and they do indeed cover my daughter's dental; the worker was just too lazy to look it up. Not sure if the doc is aware of these things, but it's costing him business. Oh, and thanks for making me wasting 86 dollars of my own money when the insurance would have paid it. Seriously pissed off.
