I filed a Police Report on this business due to their total incompetence when replacing my garage door opener and failure to honor their service agreement. They were over three hours late to come to the house to make an estimate, over six hours late on the day they were to install my garage door opener. Only to come when I told them I had to leave. I have been having problems with my garage door i called El Paso style doors and they came and replaced one of my damaged garage door panels. **** was a great technician and was very professional. He was able to fix the problem very quickly and charged me about 300$ for the service. I really appreciated their service and plan on calling them again.

Two days ago, I noticed that one of the brackets of the garage door belt attached to the garage door had broken so that each time the door opened, only one bracket was still attached. I immediately stopped opening the door and yesterday called the company from which the door had been purchased and installed back in 2016. Yesterday Dec. 10th 2019 I called said business to ask for assistance with my garage door - that was not opening or closing. They had done some work for me before and i was satisfied.
