Horrible customer service
Not answering the phone, office closed, gates closed. 😒
They cash my check every month but do not answer the phone or respond to emails. I am out of town and honestly have no idea what the hell is going on there!
Iv'e been here on several occasions only to find nobody tending the front officeThe only contact I have met s the yard tech James.Maybe the management ought to move him up to the office as he has been very lmformative and courteous to me.anyhow other than the overall appearance of this facility is very clean and looks to be secure. My suggestion for the management to either have personal on the office or post the hours of operation that their accually open. The 8 to 5 isn't correct
