The realtor Tom is rude and unprofessional. He yelled at me over the phone and threatened to kick me out along with my family only a few months into the lease. This guy is sketchy, told me he would give me access to the shed outside and then got mad when I followed up. He then overcharged me to “replace” a carpet that was already in bad shape only to use my money to put in some cheap vinyl flooring. Manager is very rude. He did a walk through of our house in the process of us moving out and asked us just to pick up before leaving and we should be receiving our deposit back. 3 weeks later never heard anything regarding our deposit, called the company asking on the status and they said they would talk to the guy who toward our house for the deposit check. I called for information about a rental and was repeatedly asked if I could afford the rent after I gave my husband's job title. What a shame that there are still people who think someone working a managerial position in fast food can't afford a decent place to live. Most, if not all places ask that you make three times the monthly rent which I am well aware of before showing interest in a rental.
