If I could give these people a zero star I would! Very bad customer service they did not help at all and ran my credit with my SSN and now my credit is locked for suspicion and just charged me the application fee! I asked to speak to a management and he finally called today after a month with no help. Such a Disappointment honestly!!!!!! I would not go with them at all!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! El Paso Rentals is poorly managed. I would not recommend for anyone looking to rent their property or renters. We lived on one of their rental properties for three years without a contract, despite calls reminding their office staff. The staff is unfriendly and unresponsive. I was also warned by one of their contractors that the office will do everything they can to keep your deposit, which is exactly what happened. Look elsewhere.
The staff at this rental company is incredibly unprofessional. They are rude, unhelpful, and never seem to have any answers. Every interaction was a hassle, and it felt like they couldn’t care less about our concerns. Extremely frustrating experience!!
