I have been in a rental lease for a year now and I can't say anything negative about the company. Any time I have had issues or needed maintenance, their response has always been prompt. Things like a leaky roof, new garage door motor, & rain leaking into bedroom have all been fixed in a timely manner. I know that there are a few negative reviews but my experience has been positive. Will update if anything changes. Thank you El Paso Rentals. Sincerely, a satisfied tenant.
Excellent service. Better than I expected, I’m having a great experience.
Horrible company. They take at least 8 days to respond to a maintenance request even if it is the AC being broken in the hot months. Very unprofessional company. Never giving any warning or heads up when the maintenance will show up so they just show up at any time of the day, sometimes in the evening and on the off chance they do say when hey are coming by they are never on time.
