Worst experience I had with an agent I sent an offer for a new home on kings bridge,never got confirmation he receive my offer to me or my agent. After calling him multiple times he decides to say he presented and hangs up on me. I highly believe he never presented my offer he was avoidant. IF YOU ARE A SELLER BE AWARE THIS AGENT MIGHT BE DOING SIDE DEALS I WROTE A LETTER AND DECIDED NOT TO SHOW IT….IF YOU SEE HIS REVIEWS HE REVIEW HIMSELF WHAT A CLOWN
Al not only help us find the right Lender who could help us with our credit but found the right house for us. He managed to get the seller to help with our closing cost and get some appliances too. He hired a moving van to help us move out the same day we closed because our apt. lease was up at midnight. That day he helped us move got dinner and walked in before midnight. Now thats service... I Stayed with him until the recent sell of the property. I never met him in person but he was always ready to answer questions and he was very fair to me.
