This "Doctor" Hector Payan is the most neglectful, careless, egotistic evil prick, I've ever encounter in my life. I see all his reviews are very old and people have not taken the time to share their experiences about him, some people don't even know that their loved one, who died at the hospital from "Covid" was treated by him. The level of incompetency and unwillingness by the physicians to correct a mistake made by their staff is deeply concerning. The question of what is wrong with our system has been made many times over. Well here's a thought.
