I am writing this review to warn others about a severe failure in patient safety and professional judgment at this clinic. Prior to a loved one’s appointment, I contacted the office to inform them that the patient was experiencing severe depression and acute suicidal ideation. I just want to say that it’s very difficult to look for mental health help in El Paso and there’s usually a waitlist you get put on.. but I was able to get an appointment fairly quick here. Even though I was very skeptical because of reviews and this being my first time, I feel so relieved and glad that I came here! This place tried to diagnose me with a condition I didn’t have on behalf of the Veteran Affairs Administration without due cause and contrary to other statements of their own doctors. This behavior constitutes medical negligence and abuse of a disabled person. Shame on these people for playing a fictitious agenda.
