My original review was based on the excellent care I received from my former PCP Dr. Luis Rochin. Unfortunately, since he left, my experience with this practice has changed dramatically. Patients were not given advance notice that he was leaving, and staff refused to provide information about where he transferred. I was also disappointed by my interaction with the new manager. It's a joke it's only open 3 days a week. And I've had nothing but problems in the past with this office sending my prescriptions, I've had to call and call and even visit in person to let them know they did not send my prescriptions
Made an appointment with Luis Rochin MD two months ago. The date of the appointment they told me on the site it was cancelled without any prior communication. Poor customer service and scheduling. Waste of time.
NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. Looking for a new doctor, I made an appointment two months ago (the earliest one they could offer). A few days before the day of my appointment, they called to tell me they were no longer accepting new patients. They don't care that they wasted two months of my time, during which I could have found a new doctor. They don't care that I needed an annual exam. They made no referrals to other doctors. Unfortunately, I have to write this review to warn others about this medical practice. First of all I highly doubt that all the positive reviews all real for this practice. This establishment is not accommodating at all when it comes to appointments for their patients. I made an appointment as a new patient and was scheduled for March 2, 2026.
