Horrible clinic. Don’t waste your time trying to get a PC here. Listen to the other bad reviews and look somewhere else.
Must read.!!! 1st off the worst service ever and I mean that, I've attempted to contact a provider "Caballero" regarding patients (elderly woman) PT orders/referral that we've been waiting for over 2 months and to this date not yet received anything after several calls and relayed msgs to the provider or his M.A. and not even a courtesy call or f/u regarding my issue. My original review was based on the excellent care I received from my former PCP Dr. Luis Rochin. Unfortunately, since he left, my experience with this practice has changed dramatically. Patients were not given advance notice that he was leaving, and staff refused to provide information about where he transferred. I was also disappointed by my interaction with the new manager. It's a joke it's only open 3 days a week. And I've had nothing but problems in the past with this office sending my prescriptions, I've had to call and call and even visit in person to let them know they did not send my prescriptions
Made an appointment with Luis Rochin MD two months ago. The date of the appointment they told me on the site it was cancelled without any prior communication. Poor customer service and scheduling. Waste of time.
