I began going here the last few months of 2025 and things were great. Great staff seemed to be well run. However, after my surgery in December of 2025, when I returned to them for physical therapy, it was not the same. They seemed to be overloaded with new patients and the Therapists appeared overloaded. So much so that half of them left and were not replaced. The location has wonderful staff from the moment you walk in. Lorie is amazing and great customer service, friendly greets you with her big smile, very helpful, and ready to get you signed in as soon as you come in.
I have been to a few physical therapy clinics in the past, and although they were helpful, I never truly felt that they addressed the problems at hand. At El Paso Physical Therapy Services, I feel that my concerns are truly addressed and I am also making progress regarding my pain. Manny has been especially helpful and is the first physical therapist that I feel truly understands what my body is going through. I greatly recommend this place.
I had to cancel my appointment with them due to a family emergency and they told me I wouldnt be able to reschedule my son’s appointment! If I could give them a -5 stars I would !!
