Waste of time and no one is answering the phone correctly
Been here waiting over an hour for someone to come see me. Worst doctor visit i have ever had!!!!!!
Been watching my wife attend this clinic for a while now due to what our insurance allows, she is generally seen 1-2 hours after her scheduled time with no reasons for the delay. The receptionist are rude and lack the ability to handle customers with care. I truly believe all these 5-star reviews are from their employees. There have been instances where she has waited so long after her scheduled time to be seen, she has had to take additional time off of work. Speaking for all the patients, I am not disabled however I feel so awful for patients that struggle to sit and stand from the seating area. I have no issue with the installation but it would be great to see better seating for the elderly like chairs with arms.
The service at this clinic was very poor. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. What is most concerning is that my mother was given an injection without being properly sedated, which we believe was unsafe. Since the procedure, she has been in constant pain. This experience has been unacceptable, and I would not recommend this clinic.
