The doctor is a great professional, but the office staff has been less than satisfactory. They don't seem to care much, and compassion at this PAIN clinic is zero. I was 9 minutes late, and I was told to reschedule, which means more days of pain. When scheduling the procedure, the receptionist never told me to be on time, to the minute, or even 5 minutes early. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Umunakwe and the entire staff. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
