My son literally turned to me and asked for me to leave a five star review for Dr. Klein and his staff of course my intentions to were to leave a five star myself but the fact that my eight year old son wanted to leave this review as well is self-explanatory to the amazing service that was received. Thank you all..
I can’t tell you anything about the doctors BECAUSE NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. I tried EVERY extension to talk to someone and schedule an appointment. Over 30 wasted minutes on the phone and NOTHING. No answers or anything. If they can’t even answer the phones I’m terrified to see how the rest of the place works.
Great doctors who actually care!
I have been a patient of Dr Pennick for years him and his previous nurse were great. He still is but the X-ray and nurses are the worst. The new nurse didn’t even introduce himself. Doesn’t even know my medical history and wants to lecture me about health issues. X-ray lady asked which part of the body hurt the most since I came with several complaints and when I told her she decided to do an X-ray of a totally different body part.
