My husband had a pre-operative appointment scheduled for 8:40 a.m. We arrived early, as we normally do, to allow enough time for check-in. By 9:04 a.m., he still had not been called back, so I approached the front desk for an update. He is highly skilled, compassionate, and takes the time to truly explain the procedures.
