I had a horrible experience, I would never recommend El Paso orthopedic surgeon group to my friends and family!!! I don’t know how they stay in business! The call center staff was fine but most of the time they were useless and some of the nurses were extremely rude. To end they don’t even deserve a half a star!!!
Dr. Cleveland care of my back surgery I’m greatly appreciative. Thank you for improving my way of life day to day. He was the perfect surgeon for my back.
The absolute worst place to come. If you value your time this place is not it. I’ve had my fair share of issues with a doctor here, however this review isn’t to speak to him. This review is about the egregiously long wait times. Every time I’ve ever come here I’ve wait 1+ hour PAST my scheduled time just to be brought BACK to see him. And even then when you get brought back it’s another 30 minute wait. Worst place I'm been I ask for my results that I pay for, and they are not provided for me, and three hours I have to wait for my appointment. Totally wrong.
