I had a very negative experience with the front desk staff—At the therapy office -on site , specifically, Minii. She was extremely rude and lacked basic people skills. This made my visit very unpleasant. It's unfortunate, because the therapists I saw were excellent—very professional and caring. They did a great job, and I have no complaints about their service. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've had at the doctor in a long time. No consideration for the patient's time. The doctor lacked any warm disposition. The staff had no idea what I was doing there after being referred to them. I waited two hours and only got referred somewhere else. They left me to figure out how to go about schedule the other procedure and offered no guidance. I'd avoid it if you can but it seems like medical care in the borderlands is trash.
For me this was a great place and their are some nice staff and doctors
The Orthopaedic Surgery Group's entrance is parallel to (faces) Lee Trevino. The Urology office is on the right side of the same building with their entrance on the right. The entrances/offices are not connected. My visit to the OSG was good. Plenty of seating. Vending and men's and dame's bathrooms were adequate. Had to fill out my paperwork manually becuz my mobile device was unable to open their server's link to my Sam-suck phone where I could do it digitally. I even restarted my phone to no avail. Horrible wait times. Waited for 45 mins after my daughter's appointment time and still was not called up to be checked in. Will find a new provider
