We really liked the excellent location, and although we didn’t use the pool, the BBQ area looked well set up. The room was clean and tidy, even if the décor felt a bit old‑school and the dust covers weren’t very appealing. However, several things let the stay down. For the price, there were no basic items like plates, bowls, or cutlery, and the warning signs about a $1900 extremely sensitive fire‑alarm fee felt unwelcoming. Upon arriving we discovered that a soccer tournament was in town. The motel was overrun with soccer hooliganism. Coming and going on and off property with open cans of liquor. Boisterous activity, laundry and people hanging over the balconies. While the girl at the desk was very nice, she offered no assurance that we would get any rest or that the “party” would subside at a reasonable hour. Our room was right in the middle of this mayhem. Had a show at the glass house, stayed at the el motel it was very clean no hassle. Parking,was trouble free, bed was excellent, in a top position, good price. Pity about the show but some ya win some ya lose, but a very nice place the glass house, cheers be back
