Countless times the lack of attention from this facility has led my brother to not receiving his meds, and as a schizophrenic, the stress and anguish it puts on him and the people that care about him is incredibly frustrating. I could understand once or twice but Countless times at this point. Severely disappointed in this organization
The phantom is very rude and disrespectful
