I won a free sound bath...it was great, very relaxing. Ms Ericka is a great person as she explained how the water bowls work and what we would be doing. After her using these sound bowls by my knees, stomach/chest area and head, the sound really relaxed me and enjoyed this meditation. After the 1hour full service she provided information to me about areas Im probably having issues with. And she was right, gave me some advise on how to help my inner self and its been great.
