Since Dr. Patel left, service is awful. I had my appointment for my fitting exam, and the provider didn't do my exam as usual (add the tint/prescription) and as of today it has been almost two months and haven't received my hard contacts and when I called to follow up, they didn't notice that my glasses were not ready/there... so they will be checking with the lab. This is ridiculous.
I recommend El paso eye care to everyone! It is a very clean clinic. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist that helped me right away. The doctor explained my procedure and helped me get the correct prescription for my glasses.
Very friendly. Great Customer Service. The variety of glasses is the best. Clean facility and very organized.
I appreciated the attention to detail from the staff. They made sure my contacts felt 100% before I left the store. I also got a cute thank you note with my contact order.
