I DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic I had eye implants and my sight in the right eye is worse then before. I ve been trying to get a hold of some one in the office of Dr Gallardo on Sunland Park dr and no one, but no one answer the phone I left a message and they promised to return my call within 48 to 72 hrs and I am still waiting. It is an annoying recording who does not give any options. Their answering system is non existent they completely ignore your calls. Dr Gallardo and Dr Grey are good doctors but their staff suck

In 2012, I was diagnosed with pigmentary glaucoma and Dr. Gallardo has taken very very good care of me. I feel like I’m in great hands. His staff is amazing and very friendly. I’ve never not once had any thing to complain about.
Staff members are completely rude to patients, specially my wife. Others have said the same thing. I’ve already filed a grievance with Tri-Care. If you do have Tri-Care find another in-network provider. Do not get care from this facility.
