This VA clinic has been great for me, but today the leadership had a meeting from 0800-0900 where most go to check in. People have things to do. As leaders, do these meetings earlier, during lunch or after work. Do you have to close the check in counters for this meeting? You leaders need to plan better.
No pharmacy for disabled Veterans
horrible communication... phone operators will not explain anything, they will ask you to hold on and just transfer you all day. Just got transfered 4x without any explanation. Communication via myhealthevet (online) is not any better
Kudos to everyone, excellent service
This clinic is garbage. No one answers the phone, you spend 15 to 30 minutes on hold no matter what time of day. All my appointments have had to be made through the main VA health customer service because of this. When having my first PCM meeting, she barely paid attention to what I was saying, then I had to wait in the middle of my appointment so she could make notes and help another patient. I’m currently in the process of switching clinics.
