The CMO of this facility chose to neglect nTOS for multiple months and contributed to CRPS with his negligence. Medical negligence isn't okay and leads to permanent disability, as this place does not care for your health as a Veteran. The VA is a Tricare beneficiary and this place games reviews and treats Tricare patients better than Veterans, so there is no feasible credibility to them as all their Veteran reviews are negative. This VA clinic has been great for me, but today the leadership had a meeting from 0800-0900 where most go to check in. People have things to do. As leaders, do these meetings earlier, during lunch or after work. Do you have to close the check in counters for this meeting? You leaders need to plan better.
No pharmacy for disabled Veterans
horrible communication... phone operators will not explain anything, they will ask you to hold on and just transfer you all day. Just got transfered 4x without any explanation. Communication via myhealthevet (online) is not any better
