It was so kind of these people to mail me their feelings. If only they knew the pain from their own medical malpractice.
Am told to go to the lab at 4pm. Get there and am told the lab closed at 2pm. Drove an hour and a half for no reason. The stupidity of the VA doesn't even surprise me anymore. Absolutely worthless 90% of the time.
I have been to this VA a handful of times, and I don't recall ever having a negative experience. It is located on the second floor, and the staff has always been courteous if I had questions. There is plenty of parking in the front, with several handicap spaces near the front entrance.
A nurse decided that she would hang up on me today because I let her know that she was exhibiting a very defensive attitude towards me. I was trying to reschedule an appointment that I had just noticed I missed yesterday. I wasn't blaming her but she apparently took it personal. I normally get a text and a call, I was not aware that those reminders are only in place when there are volunteers available.
