Maybe I'm biased(retired RN PMH ER), or maybe not...but I have had a total of four procedures at EPDS facility..and every time has been better than the last! And all have been top notch. Professional with a genuine attitude of caring. From registering to Discharge there was no one more important than ME...the patient. I thank you for making me feel at home.
As soon as I signed in for surgery, I was made to feel as if I were the only patient there! Everyone was so kind and showed so much tenderness in preparing me for surgery. The nurses made me feel that everything would be just fine; the doctor took his time in making sure I was emotionally ready for the procedure. I went twice, as I had cataracts removed from both eyes. Both times I received the utmost of care and attention by all who attended me. Thank you for having such special, caring people working there
