Very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to apply for benefits and leave in only a half hour. Many 1 star reviews comment on long wait times. I'll give you a piece of advice, do the computer application. If you do a paper one, you will have to wait for one of the window workers, and that will take a long time. Stick to the computer, it's quick and easy and the staff will help you with any problems you have.
