Very satisfied with El Paso Heating & Air Conditioning LLC service. They were honest, punctual, and professional. The technician didn’t try to upsell anything and got our heating system running like new again. I highly recommend their team to anyone.
Had system a few years ago, when we called to him repair took several calls to get ahold of him. He never calls back or texts back. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Was charged $100 for a service call which never resolved issue. Just gave up and called someone else. Will never recommend this company or owner to anyone and will actually tell everybody what bad service and professionalism he has. I would put zero stars if it allowed!
