FNP Harney Sutapa and the whole staff was amazing from reception to the medical assistants, to other nurses who helped with my child’s care. This was the first interaction at any El Paso children’s facility that my child was not afraid at and it meant a lot. I will definitely be choosing this location for future needs.

I’m extremely disappointed with the billing practices at EPCH Urgent Care Eastlake. I brought my daughter here for what I believed was a normal urgent care visit for fever and viral symptoms. We have BCBS Standard insurance, but I later received a much larger bill because the lab/swab testing was billed as a hospital outpatient service through El Paso Children’s Hospital. Not sure if the Staff differs from the morning to the evening, but I had a great experience with both the front desk, vitals check-up, and the Nurse Practitioner. My son and I arrived at 8:30pm, mind you, this clinic closes at 9pm. I checked in with ease scanning a QR code with the receptionist and 2 minutes later, I was signing forms. Front desk receptionist was very kind, and explained what I was signing with patience and very clear with instructions. The staff here were so nice and patient while trying to help my son be comfortable and do what they needed to do. It was a short wait in the room while the provider was seeing other patients. We were out in about an hour.
