Raquel has horrible customer service! My 2 year old was touching the little tablet and she moved his hand. She was also mad because a 2 year old did not want to wear a mask.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. They had told me that my daughter’s insurance was no longer active. We were concerned for a couple days until I took my daughter to another urgent care, they had told me my daughter’s insurance was STILL active. I suppose the doctors did not want to do their job or take any more kids. We waited for an hour and a half in the lobby just to be lied about how my daughter’s insurance wasn’t activated. Unacceptable.

We took my niece here because she had very severe flu symptoms and a fever, we came back twice extremely concerned due to the fact that she was not getting better we got dismissed and got told that this is normal and we need to give it time. Six days later and she’s still sick we took her to a different clinic turns out she has croup, she’s an 8 month old baby this is experience was extremely upsetting.
