Have not heard from a therapist since I went and got a video call saying they will reach out to me when they can schedule my child now I get a message saying they will drop him for whay reason since I havent gotten an appointment?! They are the ones who havent gotten back to me
I give this place a 5 start but not for the place for the therapist my daughter has, Ms Brianda has been the best therapist my daughter has had. She has made my daughter feel very comfortable telling her things she never told me. My daughter doesn't just see her has a therapist but a person she can trust. Every session is something new something they work on. Brianda has even thought me how to understand my daughter. I have thank Brianda for coming into our life's to help us with our daughter
**AVOID BRINGING YOUR CHILD HERE** I scheduled an appointment a month prior just to be told our insurance wasn’t accepted upon our scheduled visit. When I called to set up the appointment they said yes they do, today we were turned away when NO ONE advised me, the parent, of the changes. I was not informed via call, email, nor text. When I asked for a way to report a complaint that information couldn’t even been provided to me. Was told a new hire was to blame for the misinformation put who trained them? YOU ALL DID.
My daughter has been doing great here.
