Their industry is full of scammers and is completely unregulated. No guarantees. Having said that, they actually do their best to set one up with the transport to the best of their ability, and to do that quickly.

Laura was prompt with returning my call and finding a driver to take my car from Texas to NY. The process was quick and smooth and I am very thankful for her service. The only reason for my 4 star rating is that when I received my car to my front door it looked like it had been buried in desert and only hand wash took the dirt off.
