I wish I could give them ZERO stars! They are the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. They think that by insulting you'll actually buy a car from them. Even after I told the guy that I took offense to what he was saying, he didn't stop. I will NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE.
I purchased a car from EPAC and since I am from New Mexico I had to get a vehicle inspection I took it the next day and it's been almost 60 days and I still have not received the registration for the vehicle. They do not communicate with you I have called them and they keep telling me that it will be in nxt week I call and still not in my boyfriend called and they told him that they go through a 3rd party and not directly with the DMV that is why it takes longer to get.
