This is the worst place I've ever lived at. The old management used to actually enforce rules, but ever since the current management took over it's been nothing but a big mess. Neighbors are loud after 10 PM. Sometimes it'll be 3 in the morning and someone will either have loud music or their TV blasting. Neighbors are some of the most pettiest I've ever had. Living here is very frustrating. At first, this place was very comfortable because the managers from before were strict so that the entire community followed the rules of the contract. Before, the manager paid surveillance to take care of the place all night and even had a towing service for the person who parked in the red zones or blocked pedestrian sidewalks and water stations. Left 3 messages in 2 weeks asking for assistance with an application due to the gate is always closed,they never answer the office phone and the keypad says dial 319# for the office. Today I went in the gate same time as another car. Destiny was in the office. She was on the telephone and never acknowledged me. Waiting for her call to end I told her I had been calling she cut me off stating all waitlists are closed. This location needs better office staff and to really up the telephone customer service
