Finally.. a great meal (shrimp chimichanga) that was SAVORY,!!!! Which proves that you do not need to hide behind super spicy sauce. Mama Cita's - on the way to Cholride New Mexico - would approve this as real food - where you can taste the ingredients. Seems that this will be my future meals here, along with great frozen margaritas.
Im not one to leave bad reviews by any means. I try to give every business the benefit of the doubt. We came in tonight & ordered (1) steak chimichanga (half order) & side of queso for our chips as well as (2) margaritas for my wife & I. We ask to upgrade the rail to patron. The total was approximately $80 for (1) chimichanga, side of queso & (2) small margaritas . When I asked the waitress to explain the bill she seemed upset & wasnt willing to elaborate. Seemed to be a minimal amount of meat in the dishes we order. Portions were large and was plenty to take home for later.
