Tamales were soggy, but chips and guacamole were great
, it's been about 10 years since I had it last. And just recently had it again.I still give it a thumbs up.
Stayed two days in Espanola. We went to El Parasol on our second day. We were sat quickly. But the server was taking her time to get us drinks. It was 40 minutes before she brought us the drinks. I ordered the fajitas de res. They were soft and flavorful. But the fajita plate was 85% vegetables n 15 % percent fajita. Service could have better.
A great place to grab a bite for lunch.
