El Parasol is the best fast food in northern New Mexico. The food is always consistent and it’s so delicious.
We ordered 2 enchiladas and paid with card, we got a notification at 3 in morning saying they took 40 dollars from our card. The enchiladas are 12.98 I checked. That would be 25.96 so why were we charged 40$. That was 14.04 they took from us. CHECK YOUR CARDS.
Beef shredded tacos with green and red salsa, were amazing. The cheese burgers were huge!!, they don't sell fries but you can buy homemade tortillas chips. Everything was delicious, they have long green tables you can sit amd enjoy your meal. Definitely coming back.
