As i type this in the middle of the day on Sunday, there is a pile of human feces on thefloornext to one ofthe trashcans in the seating area (which happens to be out doors). Im sure the benches are covered in urine. Stay away from this place. Go to the onein pojoaque instead.
Best burritos in Espanola
I and our office in the area have been eating at El Parasol for years. I ordered the chicken taco plate which turned out to be about $8 more than Pojoaque and Santa Fe. (And everyone knows Santa Fe prices!) Unbelievable difference of price; on top of it, it was much greasier than other locations. I called them to ask if there was an error in the charge since it was so much more; their response: just different owners. We won't be returning there.
