This is a very nice restaurant that gives you an excellent feel of the New Mexico lifestyle. Has a beautiful ambiance with fountains indoors. Nice indoor outdoor feel. It's only about 5 minutes off the interstate and wellworth a stop
There's no good places in Espanola for a date night with my husband. Paragua it's our favorite place to go and eat for date night food it's amazing service by Rene outstanding she always service us. We love her. Great for a quiet date the margaritas are the best. We eat here once a month.
Loved everything. Food and drinks. Really liked the house margaritas and the supreme enchiladas. The atmosphere is unmatched.
This place is usually great, never had a problem but we went in with a reservation @ 715 on a Saturday and I understand the restaurant was very busy. We were sat waited another 30 minutes before even being helped by that point we had ate all the chips and salsa along with drinking all of the water. Our server finally came greeted us and took our order, which was still not at our table after another 35 minutes.
