Our to go order was made terribly..chicken so over done I couldn't eat it, the queso was just cheese flavored water, the cardinal fries were soggy and the ground beef undercooked. I have tried multiple times to call management but no one seems to answer the phone or I get hung up on when I ask to speak with management. They used to be good but this was an absolutely awful experience that I doubt can be made up for.

First time there. Ordered off the menu next time definitely gonna do the buffet.
