We have been to all 3 locations and this one is definitely the worse one. The owners needs some customer service lessons asap. She is super rude. Food was cold, fried food was hard, and they had just opened, you can tell when food is fresh and when it is not. definitely never going back. Been there 3 times and it is always the same way. Last time I even got food poisoning.... Very disappointed

I visited El Palacio at Wst Vine Street in Kissimmee and the quality of the food is not as good as El Palacio at OBT, Orlando. The OBT food is very good and the other is poor. The owner of El Palacio at Kissimmee is not the same as the original El Palacio in OBT. Don't let the people at El Palacio in Kissimmee fool you, I rate their food in 1star.

When it's good it's good, when it's bad it's bad. The quality of the food is not consistent. My boyfriend and I come here at least once a week or every other. And lately it's been a disappointment. Sometimes the food we get is cold and certain dishes we get don't taste nothing like it would the last time. They have alot to choose from but if only the food was a little bit better.
