Was left for an hour to wait and had to call another company. It was an easy tow, stock car in operable condition outside of heating system blowout. I called and got what seemed like a reasonable quote. Confirmed with dispatcher and asked what ETA would be. Was told “I’ll call my driver and call you right back”. Never got a call back.
