I came in after leaving my barber to replace my straw hat bought an american hat he shaped it just the way I wanted and ended up buying a pair of his hand made boot the service was outstanding and the prices fair , the boots have been comfortable since day one

Absolutely unprecedented customer service. I am from out of town and stopped in at 6:30pm not realizing that they close at 7pm. The young man helped me with all the questions I had. He did not rush me out of the store and even custom fit a hat for me. The quality of their products are top notch and they are more than fair with their prices!! It will definitely be a must stop when I get to Amarillo.
